MILAN – Football is important but life is even more so. That’s why F.C. Internazionale has decided to join the Football Cares initiative and help raise funds to alleviate the global refugee crisis.

The humanitarian effort was launched by AS Roma president James Pallotta with the aim of uniting the international football community and Inter are delighted to respond to the call.

The first step will after the #DerbyMilano, when the shirts worn by the Nerazzurri players will be put up for auction with the money raised being donated to UNHCR, Save The Children, International Rescue Committee and the Red Cross.

A small gesture to try to alleviate the suffering of millions.
