Inter Linked With Juventus Forward Cuadrado As Part Of Icardi Deal

Inter have been linked with Juventus forward Juan Cuadrado as part of a deal taking Mauro Icardi to the Serie A champions.

Tuttosport today reported Paulo Dybala is still reluctant to join the Nerazzurri in a straight swap, not least because he still harbours hopes of staying in Turin.

Gonzalo Higuain was already turned down by Inter last summer when Juventus were looking for a new buyer and so it is unlikely the club will change their mind a year later.

Cuadrado could therefore be the missing link, with Antonio Conte having left the Old Lady in 2014 amid reports he had unsuccessfully tried to sign the Colombian.

Inter want an experienced player who can attack and defend at wing-back and the 31-year-old is a name to keep in consideration.

Juventus appear the only destination Icardi will accept if he agrees to leave Inter, with Napoli officially withdrawing from the race yesterday and Roma incapable of sustaining his wages.

Icardi could move there in a straight transfer if Inter do not want any of Juve’s available players.
