Manchester United youngster Tahith Chong is edging ever closer to joining Inter according to a report from transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla.
As per the report, which appeared on his self named website, Inter have offered the 20-year-old, whose contract is to expire at the end of this season, a contract with a salary between €1.8-2 million.
Manchester United have tried to sign the Dutch youth international player to a new deal and Barcelona have also sparked an interest in signing him but Inter still remain ahead.
The report goes on to add that commission that will be paid to his representatives as part of the deal is still yet to be agreed upon.
Chong joined his current employers in the Summer of 2018 from Dutch giants Feyenoord and has been given some opportunities to impress at first team level for the Premier League club this term.
The Curacao born attacker has made 17 appearances across all competitions, eight of which have come at first team level. Whilst he has contributed seven goals and five assists at youth level, he has been unable to make any goal contributions at first team level.
