FC Porto Winger Jesus Corona’s Agent: “Inter Are Following Him”

FC Porto winger Jesus Corona’s agent Matias Bunge has confirmed that Inter have an interest in signing his client in the upcoming transfer window.

Bunge started the interview with Italian news outlet Calciomercato24.com by singing the praises of his client, who has played well since the season got back underway.

“In every game he played, he was the best on the pitch and he has scred almost always. In the last game, against Maritimo, he played in 5 different positions. He is a very versatile player,” he explained in the interview.

Next he was asked if there are any negotiations currently taking place with Inter or any other clubs at the moment.

“For now everything is on standby due to the pandemic but Inter are following him. He has been the best player in the Portuguese league since it resumed and the most decisive.”

Bunge was then asked about whether he thinks FC Porto may settle for a fee less than the Mexican national team player’s €30 million release clause.

“I don’t know the club’s plans but I think that if a good offer arrives, they would consider it.”

This season Corona has been virtually ever present for the Liga NOS outfit this term with him having made 43 appearances across all competitions to date.

In his time on the park, the former Monterrey player has scored four goals and has provided a highly impressive 17 assists for his teammates.

Gabon Coach Neveu On Arsenal’s Aubameyang: “Inter Coach Conte Would Turn Him Into A Machine”

Gabon national team manager Patrice Neveu has admitted that he thinks Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could be turned into ‘a real machine’ if he were to join Inter.

The Arsenal captain has been heavily linked with a move away from the Premier League side ahead of the upcoming transfer window and Inter are one of several clubs to have been linked to the 30-year-old.

“I often talk to him and his father. I am obviously interested in his intentions for his future, but all of this remains strictly confidential. This is a very delicate issue, for my part I am sure that he will play for a great European club,” Neveu began an interview with Italian news outlet PassioneInter.com.

He was then asked how he thinks the former Borussia Dortmund player would fare in Serie A.

“He could play safely in a league like the Italian one. Football in Italy is played at a high level, with passion and the media cultivate a competitive spirit and much more. In short, it is everything that Pierre-Emerick needs.”

Next he was asked specifically about the links to Inter and what Aubameyang could turn into under the stewardship of Inter manager Antonio Conte.

“He has made a name for himself in France, Germany and England. He has worked hard to overcome challenges. He knows what he wants and prepares himself in a maniacal way from every point of view, starting from the way he eats and maintains his body.

“He wants to win more both at club level and with the national team. Pierre combines agility, speed and flexibility and all these qualities allow him to hurt any opponent.

“He also knows how to exploit the qualities of his partners to create holes and opportunities. If Steven Zhang and Antonio Conte put him at the top of their list, I have no doubt that Conte could turn him into a real machine.”

This season Aubameyang, who has a contract with Arsenal until the end of next season. has made 32 appearances across all competitions to date. In his time on the park, which totals just over 2700 minutes, he has scored 20 goals and has provided a single assist for his teammates.

French Media Report Bordeaux Interested In Signing Inter Midfielder Borja Valero

Bordeaux have sparked an interest in signing Inter midfielder Borja Valero according to a report from today’s print edition of French news outlet France Football.

Fabrizio Biasin: “Barcelona Target Lautaro Martinez Will Probably Leave Inter, Not Worth €111M”

Italian football journalist Fabrizio Biasin has shared his belief that Lautaro Martinez will probably leave Inter in the coming months.

The highly rated 22-year-old striker has been heavily linked with a potential switch to La Liga powerhouses Barcelona in the upcoming transfer window.

Inter continue to demand that his €111 million release clause is met or they will not let him go and it has been widely reported that Barcelona have zero intention of paying the clause with them seemingly intent on doing a player or players plus cash deal.

“Will he leave? Probably yes. Is that why he played badly the other night? Lautaro played badly because he happened to play badly, it happens to 30-year-olds, let alone 23-year-olds,” Biasin remarked as part of his latest editorial piece for Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.

Biasin also shared his opinion on whether the former Racing Club player is actually worth as much as Inter are continuing to demand for him.

“The truth is that Lautaro is not worth €111 million because no footballer is worth it, very rare expections aside. If Barcelona find the money, Inter will let him leave reluctantly but will not cry about it.

“Speaking of the clause, it expires on July 7 but it counts for very little. Negotiations, if any, will continue but Inter will not change the price.”

This season Lautaro has made 32 appearances across all competitions to date. In his time on the park, which totals just over 2500 minutes on the park, he has scored 16 goals and provided a total of four assists for his teammates.

Italian Media Claim Inter Could Wrap Up Signing Of Juventus Target Sandro Tonali By End Of June

Inter are ahead of Juventus in the race for Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali and could finalise a deal for him in the coming weeks according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Ivica Olic: “I’d Be Very Happy If Bayern Munich Signed Ivan Perisic From Inter”

Former Bayern Munich and Croatian national team forward Ivica Olic has admitted he would be happy if the German club were to sign his compatriot Ivan Perisic on a permanent basis.

Perisic is currently out on loan at the reigning Bundesliga champions from Inter and Bayern Munich did have an option to sign him but that option has since expired.

Despite the option expiring, reports have stated that Inter and Bayern Munich have a gentleman’s agreement in place to discuss Perisic’s future at a later date.

“Ivan played very well before the injury, I know Bayern are extremely happy with him. I would be very happy if the club bought him from Inter, because I am convinced that he would help them in the future,” Olic began an interview with the online edition of German news outlet Sport BILD.

Olic then went on to share his belief that Perisic will be able to continue playing at a high level for a few more seasons yet.

“It’s true, Perisic is already 31-years-old, but I think he can play at a high level for some more seasons. Physically he is fit, he has not suffered serious injuries in his career.

“He is able to occupy multiple positions in the attack and can play equally as well with both feet. I played with him at Wolfsburg and in the national team and I can say that Ivan is a player that every coach would like to have on his team.”

This season the 31-year-old has made 29 appearances across all competitions to date. In just under 1500 minutes on the park, Perisic has scored six goals and provided eight assists for his teammates.
