Inter are interested in Hertha Berlin striker Matheus Cunha, according to a report from Italian media outlet Calciomercato.com earlier today.

The report details how the Nerazzurri are planning a small overhaul of their strikers in the upcoming summer transfer window, with multiple players coming and going.

Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez will return to Manchester United, Sebastiano Esposito will be sent out on loan and Lautaro Martinez could be sold to Barcelona. Inter therefore need replacements, with many options like Edinson Cavani and Timo Werner being considered.

Cunha is one of those players that Inter are considering signing in the summer, the report continues. The 20-year-old Brazilian forward, who is contracted to Hertha until 2024, has impressed this season in Germany with the Bundesliga club and has attracted the interest of many clubs around Europe.

His club value him at around €35-40 million and has scored four goals and provided two assists in 19 appearances this season.

Paris Saint-Germain are hoping to get a discount on Mauro Icardi but Inter are pushing for the previously agreed upon figure of €70 million, according to a report from Italian journalist Alfredo Pedullá reported via FcInter1908.

The report details how the 27-year-old Argentine striker has impressed whilst on loan with PSG this season, scoring 20 goals and providing four assists across all competitions for the club.

The French side want to re-discuss the player’s price with Inter and would prefer a figure of around €55-60 million.

Inter will push for the €70 million, the report continues, but may be willing to negotiate a lower price with add-ons that could reach that number. Other clubs interested in Icardi, like Juventus, are watching the situation closely but cannot do anything for the time being.

The 27-year-old Argentine weight on Inter’s balance sheet for capital gains purposes is this season around €2 million, and so the Nerazzurri will make a big capital gains from his sale, although once they could have sold him for around €110 million, before the rift formed between club and player.

Inter are very interested in signing both Junior Firpo and Federico Chiesa in order to strengthen the wing back position in the Nerazzurri squad, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the Nerazzurri are interested in Junior Firpo and would be happy to include the 24-year-old in the deal for Argentine striker Lautaro Martinez. The Blaugrana are incredibly keen to sign the 22-year-old and believe he would be the perfect replacement for Luis Suarez.

Inter and Barcelona have agreed to include Junior Firpo in the deal for Argentine striker Lautaro Martinez but still must decide what to do with Samuel Umtiti, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the Blaugrana are incredibly keen to sign the 22-year-old Argentine striker, who is contracted to the Nerazzurri until 2023. Barcelona and Manchester City are in advanced talks over a swap deal concerning former Inter linked duo Joao Cancelo and Nelson Semedo in the upcoming summer transfer window, according to a report from Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo.

The report details how the two clubs are considering the swap deal as City aren’t too convinced by Cancelo’s offensive ability and would prefer to swap him for Semedo.

Inter will permanently sign Italian midfielder Stefano Sensi from Sassuolo in the summer, despite his injury troubles, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how the 24-year-old Italian got off to an incredibly strong start to the season for the Nerazzurri, scoring three goals and providing four assists in the first six league games of the season. A

After only 34 minutes into his first Derby d’Italia on game day 7, Sensi suffered a tear in his abductor muscle that forced him to miss 11 games. He has also suffered from foot problems and a calf injury this season.

Sensi has now fully recovered and is preparing for the season restart, the report continues. Inter will pay €20 million to Sassuolo to make his stay in Milan permanent, in part due to the gentleman’s pact made between the two clubs that must be respected. Manchester United have asked Inter for Milan Skriniar in exchange for French midfielder Paul Pogba, but the Nerazzurri have refused, according to a report from Italian journalist Paolo Paganini on Twitter today.

The report details how the Red Devils are searching for a new home for the 2018 World Cup winner, who’s time in England has seemingly come to an end. Both Juventus and Inter are keen to sign Pogba, who has experience playing in the Italian top-flight for the Bianconeri.

Inter are closely monitoring the talks between Barcelona and Manchester City, as the two clubs are discussing a swap between Nelson Semedo and Joao Cancelo, according to a report from Spanish journalist Francesc Aguilar on Twitter earlier today.

The report details how the two clubs are considering a swap deal involving the two full backs, as City coach Pep Guardiola is not a fan of how offensively minded Cancelo is and wants a player who can guarantee a strong defensive phase.

The report details how the 27-year-old Argentine striker joined the French club on loan last summer, joining with a buy option attached worth €70 million. The player has impressed in Paris this season, but the French club aren’t willing to pay the full €70 million for his signature.

PSG would like to offer Inter €60 million for Icardi, the report continues, including add-ons. The Nerazzurri, on the other hand, would prefer to start from €60 million and add the add-ons on top, getting a little closer to the previously agreed upon figure.

Icardi has made 31 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1958 minutes. In that time, he has scored 20 goals and provided four assists.
