Inter Open To Loaning Ivan Perisic To Bayern Munich Only With A €15M Forced Option To Buy Attached

Inter will agree to loan Ivan Perisic to Bayern Munich for another season provided that the German club agree to an obligation to buy as part of the deal according to a report from Italian news outlet PassioneInter.com.

Perisic is currently out on loan at the Bundesliga outfit until the end of this season and they have an option to buy him on a permanent basis for €20 million but will not do this and will instead look to loan him again.

Inter will allow the Croatian national team player to return to the Allianz Arena club on loan again but only if they agree to sign him permanently for €15 million at the end of the loan.

Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta’s plan is to sell Perisic and create a capital gain and if the above scenario was to come to fruition Inter would make an even greater capital gain.

The report does go on to add that Inter will still try and flog Perisic to Bayern Munich this Summer and could even drop the price down to €18 million.

Fabio Capello: “Better For Lautaro Martinez To Start At Inter Than Sit On The Bench At Barcelona”

Legendary Italian football manager Fabio Capello has sang the praises of Inter striker Lautaro Martinez and also offered the Argentine national team player some advice.

The highly rated 22-year-old has found himself linked with a potential Summer transfer window switch to La Liga giants Barcelona pretty much everyday for a few months now.

Barcelona wish to acquire him in a player or players plus cash and Inter have told Barcelona they must pay at least €90 million if they wish to go down that route or pay his €111 million release clause.

A number of reports in the media have suggested that Lautaro has also accepted a bumper contract offer from the Blaugrana club worth €10 million a year.

“Lautaro is an excellent player. He is a player who knows how to move well in the area and is very quick to shoot at goal. He has a lot of quality,” Capello remarked during an interview with Spanish radio station Cadena Ser earlier on today.

“Although I think for him to get to Barcelona and be a starter whilst Luis Suarez is there could be complicated and I think it is better to be a starter at Inter than a reserve for Barcelona.”

This season Lautaro, who has a contract with Inter through to the end of the 2022/23 season, has made 31 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored 16 goals and provided four assists for his teammates.

Inter Accept Barcelona’s Offer Of Junior Firpo As Part Payment For €111M Rated Lautaro Martinez

Inter have chosen to receive Junior Firpo as part of a deal with Barcelona for Lautaro Martinez according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset.

Barcelona proposed several players to Inter and Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta and sporting director Piero Ausilio believe that he is the right counterpart.

Inter value the Spanish youth national team full back at €20 million and also want €90 million from the Blaugrana meaning the total worth of the deal will be €110 million, €1 million shy of Lautaro’s €111 million release clause.

Inter are reluctant to drop below their demand for €90 million in cash but the report goes on to claim that they could slightly drop their asking price if Barcelona include Arturo Vidal on loan.

Despite Inter manager Antonio Conte’s best efforts to keep Lautaro Martinez in Milan, it would appear as if the Argentine’s desire is to join compatriot Lionel Messi in Catalonia, where he has been offered a €10 million a year deal.

Inter & Juventus To Battle It Out To The End Over Brescia’s Sandro Tonali & Fiorentina’s Gaetano Castrovilli

Inter and Juventus are both very interested in signing two of Italy’s most promising midfielders in Brescia’s Sandro Tonali and Fiorentina’s Gaetano Castrovilli according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Brescia president and owner Massimo Cellino is adamant that he will not allow 20-year-old Tonali to depart his club for anything less than €50 million.

Juventus have been working on trying to sign the Italian national team player for some time and in the past few days Inter have stepped up in their efforts to sign him.

As for Castrovilli, the report from the Rome based news outlet goes on to explain that Juventus are said to be willing to offer Cristian Romero, Daniele Rugani and Rolando Mandragora as part of a deal for him whilst Inter manager Antonio Conte would like to bring in Castrovilli as well as his Viola teammate Federico Chiesa.

Sporting President Varandas On Inter Linked Marcos Acuña: “One Of The Best Wing Backs In The World”

Sporting CP president Frederico Varandas has sang the praises of wing back Marcos Acuna, who continues to be linked with potential moves away from the club.

Back in the most recent January transfer window Acuna drew links to Inter but Inter were put off by Sporting CP’s asking price for him.

In the past week or so, links have resurfaced linking Inter with the Argentine national team player, who Varandas believes is amongst the world’s best in his position.

“Acuna is someone who transmits his experience to the young players. He is one of the best wing backs in the world in a three man defensive system. Sometimes his dedication and passion is misunderstood,” Varandas remarked in an interview with Portuguese broadcaster Canal 11 earlier on today, as per Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it.

Varandas then went on to discuss the possibility of a swap deal involving Acuna and Inter midfielder Joao Mario, who reports say Sporting CP would like to bring back to the club, four years on from letting him join Inter.

Joao Mario is currently out on loan at Lokomotiv Moscow and they have an option to buy him for €18 million but their club president has recently admitted they cannot afford him.

“An swap with Joao Mario? I don’t know. We have the best Under 19 player in Europe in his role already, Nuno Mendes. There have already been approaches by great European clubs, with concrete proposals for him.”

Italian Media Claims Juventus To Sacrifice Pjanic To Finance Signing Mauro Icardi From PSG After They’ve Signed Him From Inter

Juventus are willing to sacrifice Miralem Pjanic in order to sign Inter owned striker Mauro Icardi according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.

The Bianconeri club are in advanced negotiations over a player swap deal involving Pjanic whilst Paris Saint Germain and Chelsea are both also said to be interested in acquiring the Bosnia and Herzegovina nation team midfielder.

Icardi is currently out on loan at the newly crowned French champions and they have an option to sign him outright for a sum of €70 million.

If Paris Saint Germain sign Icardi permanently, Juventus could start talks with them and offer former Roma player Pjanic as part of a deal for the Argentine.

If a swap deal with Barcelona or Paris Saint Germain involving Pjanic does not take place, the report from the Rome based newspaper goes on to explain that Pjanic could be exchanged for Chelsea duo Jorginho and Emerson Palmieri, who has been linked with Inter.

Bayern Munich CEO Rummenigge On Inter Owned Perisic: “His Future Not Decided Yet, I Have A Good Relationship With Marotta”

Former Inter striker and current Bayern Munich chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has revealed that he will hold talks with Inter regarding Ivan Perisic in the future.

Perisic joined the reigning Bundesliga champions on a season long loan this past Summer and as part of the deal Bayern Munich obtained an option to sign him up on a permanent basis for a sum of €20 million.

Bayern Munich had until May 15 to take up the option but Rummenigge has revealed that after a few games he will speak with Inter chief executive Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta regarding the Croatian winger, who has performed well during his time in Bavaria.

“We haven’t talked about it, Perisic has recently come back after his foot injury,” Rummenigge remarked in an interview with Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, which appeared in today’s print edition.

“I have a very friendly relationship with Marotta, so let’s see when he has played a few games, then we’ll talk. Even the player wants to know where he will play. It’s not decided yet.”

The German, who spent three years with Inter between 1984 and 1987, also spoke on the recently announced European Solidarity Cup which will see Inter, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid compete against one another with all funds raised going toward medical facilities.

“I made contacts with my friend Marotta and with Florentino Perez of Real Madrid, proposing a gesture of solidarity towards their countries, in a very difficult moment for everyone, but especially for Spain and Italy, with scenes that scared me more so we decided on a solidarity initiative.”

Spanish Media Claims Barcelona Offer AC Milan Target Todibo As Part Payment For Inter’s Lautaro Martinez

Barcelona could offer Jean-Clair Todibo to Inter as part of a deal for striker Lautaro Martinez according to a report from the online edition of Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo.

The highly rated young French centre back is currently out on loan at Bundesliga club Schalke, who have an option to buy him for €25 million.

However, due to the financial ramifications of the Coronavirus crisis, it is highly unlikely they will sign him permanently, the report continues.

Barcelona are ready to offload the youngster and the report claims that Bayer Leverkusen, Everton and AC Milan have all shown an interest in acquiring him.

It also goes on to add that instead of including him in a deal for Inter’s Lautaro Martinez, they could offer Todibo to Juventus as part of a deal for midfielder Miralem Pjanic.

This season the 20-year-old has made just 11 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has failed to make any goal contributions.

Spanish Media Claims Inter & Barcelona Reach ‘Closing Stages Of Negotiations’ For €111M Rated Lautaro Martinez

Negotiations between Inter and Barcelona over Lautaro Martinez are in the closing stages according to a report from the online edition of Argentine news outlet Olé.

The two clubs have been in talks for some time over the highly rated 22-year-old Argentine international and the two clubs are working to finalise a deal but it will not be finalised until the seasons resume and the remainder of the Champions League and Europa League has been played.

Inter have been demanding his €111 million release clause is met but the report goes on to claim that a deal will be done on a player plus cash basis with Arturo Vidal, Nelson Semedo and Ivan Rakitic all being players who could be included.

If/when the deal goes through, the report goes on to highlight that Lautaro, who has scored 16 goals in 31 appearances this season, will in fact become the most expensive Argentine player of all time.
