Ajax’ Van De Beek’s €55M Transfer To Real Madrid Could Fall Apart Amid Links To Inter & Man Utd

Inter could potentially go in for Ajax’s Donny van de Beek, whose price has dropped as a result of the Coronavirus crisis according to a report from the online edition of British news outlet The Times.

Inter had shown an interest in the highly rated Dutch midfielder ahead of the most recent January transfer window and the likes of Real Madrid and Manchester United have also shown a keen interest in signing him.

Van de Beek had in fact agreed a deal in principle to join Real Madrid for around €55 million prior to the Coronavirus crisis but due to the crisis there is uncertainty as to whether Los Blancos will finalise the move.

The report from The Times goes on to explain that the Ajax player’s value has now dropped to around €40 million and due to this, Inter may think about making a move for him.

This season the 23-year-old has scored 10 goals and provided 11 assists in 37 appearances across all competitions to date.

Official – Italian Transfer Window To Open September 1st & Close On October 5th

The Italian football federation (FIGC) have announced the dates of the next two transfer window at this afternoon’s Federal Council meeting.

The traditional Summer transfer window, which would run from July 1 to the end of August, will be scrapped due to the fact teams will be playing games throughout this period.

The transfer window will commence on September 1 and will run until October 5. The January transfer market will not begin on January 1 as per usual but rather January 4. It will however still end on January 31.

It remains to be seen whether this date would be changed in the event that the season that is due to resume shortly was forced to end prematurely.

The 2019/20 Serie A season was put on hold back in March due to the Coronavirus crisis but is scheduled to recommence on June 20. Inter have 13 league games left to play and have an outside chance of clinching the title.

Inter Present Hellas Verona With 2 Offers For €30M Rated Juventus Target Marash Kumbulla

The coming days will be decisive for Inter in their pursuit of Hellas Verona’s Marash Kumbulla according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.

Inter have been leading the race for the central defender for some time now and Inter now have the intention of capitalising on the advantage they have over other interested clubs.

Hellas Verona would like €28 million up front for the 20-year-old defender plus add-ons and the report explains that Inter have made two different offers to them.

The first offer involves Eddie Salcedo plus cash whilst the second offer is an entirely cash based offer and could even see Kumbulla remain at the Gialloblu club for another year.

Juventus have also shown an interest in signing the Albanian but they are yet to make any real offer for Kumbulla and the report claims it would need them to replicate what they did to sign Dejan Kulusevski ahead of Inter in order to land Kumbulla.

Italian Report Claims Juventus Outbid Inter Financially In Contract Talks With Marash Kumbulla

Marash Kumbulla has received an offer from Juventus which exceeds the one presented to him by Inter according to a report from Italian news outlet PassioneInter.com.

The highly rated Hellas Verona defender is a target for both clubs ahead of the upcoming transfer window and is currently orientated toward accepting the Bianconeri club’s contract offer.

Inter are trying to strike a deal with the Gialloblu club over the Italian born Albanian national team defender and the report goes on to explain that the Nerazzurri club do not intend to end up in a bidding war for his signature.

The 20-year-old centre back has been one of the greatest revelations of the 2019/20 Serie A season, in which he has had his first team breakthrough at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi.

Kumbulla, who has a contract with Hellas Verona until 2022, has made 19 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored one goal.

Inter Linked Edinson Cavani Has Set His Sights On Atletico Madrid Move

Edinson Cavani has set his sights on a move to Atletico Madrid according to a report from Italian news agency ANSA.

The Paris Saint-Germain and Uruguay star’s contract is set to expire at the end of this month and he wants a move to Diego Simeone’s Rojiblancos once his deal is up.

Inter have shown a keen interest in signing the former Napoli forward on a free transfer and now he wants a move to Atletico Madrid, their plans to find a replacement for Barcelona target Lautaro Martinez have only gotten even more complicated with other target Timo Werner seemingly set for a move to Premier League side Chelsea.

The 33-year-old has been courted by Atletico Madrid since January and it now remains to be seen who Inter will turn their attention to.

Inter and Barcelona are yet to find an agreement over Lautaro Martinez but the report explains that if a deal is reached, Junior Firpo will likely be heading to Inter as part of it.

Italian Report Claims Inter’s Lautaro Martinez’ Head Is Already In Barcelona

Lautaro Martinez’s head is already in Barcelona but his heart remains in Milan for now according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

The Inter striker appears destined to join the Blaugrana club in the upcoming transfer window but before he leaves he knows he owes Inter for taking a chance on him and helping him become the player he is.

The report from the Turin based newspaper goes on to highlight that the highly rated 22-year-old could succeed where compatriot Mauro Icardi failed in that he could leave Inter after having won some silverware.

Inter remain in three competitions and the Coppa Italia would appear the most achievable given Inter could win the trophy within two matches.

This season the former Racing Club player has made 31 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored 16 goals and provided four assists for his teammates.

Liverpool Linked Marcelo Brozovic Wants To Stay At Inter Who’ll Offer Him New Contract

Marcelo Brozovic does not wish to leave Inter and will not leave unless forced to do so according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Il Giorno.

Several Premier League clubs, including Liverpool, have shown an interest in Brozovic and Inter are going to offer him a new contract in order to remove the €60 million release clause which is in his current contract, which runs until the end of the 2021/22 season.

Since being transformed into a regista by former Inter manager Luciano Spalletti, Brozovic has become an absolutely integral part of the Inter team and his representatives have asked Inter to give him a salary raise and Inter will presumably satisfy these demands as part of the new contract they are weighing up.

This season the Croatian national team player has made 32 appearances across all competitions to date. In his time on the park he has scored three goals and provided five assists.

French Football Scout: “Marseille Seriously Interested In Inter’s Joao Mario”

French football scout Bastien Cordoléani has revealed that Marseille are strongly interested in signing Inter midfielder Joao Mario in the upcoming transfer window.

The Portuguese midfielder is currently out on loan at Russian Premier League side Lokomotiv Moscow and will return to Inter when his loan deal expires.

“Marseille’s interest is serious. There is contact between the player and Marseille. The player is interested,” he remarked in an interview with Maritima, as cited by FCInterNews.it.

Cordoléani went on to claim that Inter would even be open to loaning out the former Sporting CP player again and suggested when he thinks Marseille could possibly finalise a deal for him.

“Even if Joao Mario still has a two-year contract at Inter, Inter do not count on him and would not be against a loan provided that the Marseille agree to to pay most of the player’s salary.

“I believe the deal can be completed in late June if Marseille manages to find an agreement with Inter.”

Whilst in the Russian capital city, Joao Mario has made 15 appearances across all competitions to date. During his time on the park, he has scored one goal and has provided four assists for his teammates.

The 27-year-old joined Inter in the Summer of 2016 but has far from lived up to expectations during his time with the club. He has scored four goals and provided 13 assists in 69 appearances for the Nerazzurri.

Inter Could Use The “Barella Formula” When Signing Hellas Verona’s Marash Kumbulla

Inter could use the same formula they used to sign Nicolo Barella to sign Marash Kumbulla from Hellas Verona according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Inter have already met with Hellas Verona over Kumbulla and the Gialloblu have told the Nerazzurri that they want €28 million plus €7 million in add-ons.

Inter could sign Kumbulla in a high fee paying loan deal with an obligation to buy attached and the report also states that Inter could even allow Kumbulla to remain at Hellas Verona for another season.

Inter may even look to include some players into any deal to bring down the cost with the likes of Federico Dimarco and Eddie Salcedo both possible inclusions.

The report from the Turin based news outlet goes on to state Inter could meet with Brescia during this week to hold talks over Sandro Tonali, who is one of their main transfer targets.

Barcelona Need To Raise €70M To Balance Books Before Moving For Inter’s Lautaro Martinez

Barcelona need to raise a sum of €70 million by the end of this month in order to balance the club’s books according to a report from the online edition of Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo.

To raise the sum, the reigning La Liga champions will have to sell players and the report suggests that they could try and sell the following players, Jean-Clair Todibo, Marc Cucurella, Rafinha, Moussa Wague, Philippe Coutinho and Carles Aleñá.

Whilst needing to do this, Barcelona have still moved to reach agreements over personal terms with transfer targets Lautaro Martinez and Miralem Pjanic, both of whom they are yet to reach an agreement with Inter and Juventus over.

The report also goes on to explain that Barcelona need to trim their wage bill. The club managed to start the process of trimming the wage bill by reducing the numbers in the first team last Summer to 18, which became 19 in January when Martin Braithwaite was brought in following Ousmane Dembele’s injury.
