Inter have reached an agreement with Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali for a four-year contract, according to a report from Italian news outlet Corriere della Sera moments ago.

The report details how the Nerazzurri have offered the 20-year-old Italian midfielder a four-year contract worth €2.5 million net per season, 10 times what he earns now.

The Milanese club must now deal with Brescia president Massimo Cellino to find a suitable price for the deal, although he is asking for €50 million. Inter will use the funds earned from the sale of Mauro Icardi to fund the deal.

The Nerazzurri are fully convinced by the performances of the 20-year-old Italian, the report continues, and his future potential is even more exciting for the Milanese club, who are looking to build a long-term project for the future. Italian Media Claims Inter To Face Napoli In Coppa Italia Second Leg Semifinal On June 12th

Inter will face Napoli in the second leg of their Coppa Italia semi-final clash on the 12th June, 24 hours before Juventus face AC Milan, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how dates of the resumption of the season are beginning to be leaked, with other dates also potentially being revealed. Inter’s postponed game against Sampdoria will take place on the 21st June at 9:45pm, whilst Juventus will play Lazio on the 20th July at 9:45pm.

On the 8th June, the report continues, a council will be convened that will decide upon the alternative plans, should the season be stopped again due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The current Plan B is the usage of playoffs and playouts, although many clubs are opposed to this.

The third plan is to freeze the league table, with FIGC president Gabriele Gravina discussed an algorithm that could create a table that respects sporting merits as well. The factors it will take into account include the amount of games played, the results in games and other statistics. The result would be an estimation of what the league title would look like at the end of the season, should it not be completed.

Italian Media Reports Inter Put Padelli Contract Talks On Hold & Will Appoint Radu As Backup To Handanovic

The future of Inter goalkeeper Daniele Padelli will be decided in the coming weeks, with there being a chance that the Italian could remain with the Nerazzurri as the club’s third goalkeeper, according to a report from Italian media outlet PassioneInter.com earlier today.

The report details how the 34-year-old Italian shot stopper’s contract will expire with the Nerazzurri at the end of this season, but the Milanese club are still considering offering him a contract extension. T

Inter Record A Capital Gain Close To 100% By Offloading Mauro Icardi To PSG

Inter have made almost a 100% capital gain by selling Argentine striker Mauro Icardi to Paris Saint-Germain, according to a report from Italian news outlet Calcio&Finanza earlier today.

The report details how the Nerazzurri sold the 27-year-old Argentine forward to Paris Saint-Germain for €50 million plus €8 million in easily achievable add-ons, as well as a clause that would see the French club pay Inter an extra €15 million should they sell Icardi to another Italian club.

The current residual value of Icardi is around €1,872,256 on Inter’s books so the proceeds of the sale represent an almost full capital gain.

Thanks to the sale of Icardi to PSG, Inter have been able to wear the storm of the Coronavirus pandemic without suffering too much financially, the report continues.

It is also worth noting that in the last decade the profits of player sales from Inter hasn’t gone past 20%, and even selling both Icardi and Ivan Perisic to Bayern Munich wouldn’t exceed that.

Inter’s Matias Vecino Has Decided Not To Undergo Surgery Over Injured Knee

Inter midfielder Matias Vecino has decided not to have surgery on his injured knee and instead will undergo physical therapy, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how the 28-year-old Uruguayan midfielder, who is contracted to the Nerazzurri until 2022, is suffering from a knee meniscus injury, but doesn’t want to have surgery to fix the issue. Instead, Vecino would prefer to continue with his physical therapy, alternating between training in the gym and training on the pitch. His situation is being closely monitored by the club, especially considering the incredibly busy schedule ahead of the club over the next few months.

Vecino has made 23 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1676 minutes. In that time, he has scored three goals and provided one assist, being regularly deployed by coach Antonio Conte despite links with a move away in January.

Icardi made 219 appearances for Inter across all competitions in his seven years with the club, scoring 124 goals and providing 28 assists in that time.

He spent this season on loan with PSG, where he made 31 appearances across all competitions, scoring 20 goals and providing four assists in that time. Inter will look to reinvest the funds earnt from the sale back into the squad.

Included in the deal is a clause that would see PSG pay Inter €15 million should they sell Icardi to an Italian club in the next 12 months.

Spanish Media Report Inter Not Backing Down From €111M Asking Price For Barcelona Target Lautaro Martinez

Inter aren’t backing down in their request of €111 million for Lautaro Martinez, according to a report form Spanish media outlet Mundo Deportivo earlier today.

The report details how the Nerazzurri aren’t looking to sell the 22-year-old Argentine striker, who is contracted to the Milanese club until 2023. Barcelona are incredibly keen to sign Lautaro, believing that he would be the perfect replacement for the aging Luis Suarez.

The Blaugrana cannot afford to pay Lautaro’s €111 million release clause, however, and so are hoping to include players in the deal.

Inter want €111 million in cash for the 22-year-old Argentine, the report continues, but regardless Barcelona are prepared to offer two players.

The first is French defender Clément Lenglet, who doesn’t want to leave the Camp Nou and is happy in Catalonia, and the other is Jean-Clair Todibo, who is currently on loan in Germany with Schalke. Junior Firpo is also being considered, with Inter appreciating the player.
