Inter Reignite Interest In Edin Dzeko & Roma Could Be Willing To Let Him Leave

Inter are thinking about possibly making a move for Roma’s Edin Dzeko to bolster their attacking options according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere della Sera.

Inter had shown a keen interest in signing the Bosnian national team forward this past Summer but due to not moving quick enough Dzeko agreed to extend his contract with the Giallorossi.

Despite the contract extension, the report goes on to explain that Roma could be willing to let the veteran leave the club.

The reason Inter are back in for Dzeko is because the idea of Lautaro Martinez moving to Barcelona has cooled and rather than bring in a top level striker to replace him, Inter are instead looking to bring in an experienced head instead to accompany Lautaro and other strikers.

This season the 34-year-old has made 34 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored 17 goals and provided nine assists for his teammates.

Inter Optimistic About Extending Loans Of Man Utd’s Alexis Sanchez & Chelsea’s Victor Moses

Inter have great optimism regarding being able to extend the loan deals of both Alexis Sanchez and Victor Moses according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

Sanchez and Moses’ loans with the club from Manchester United and Chelsea respectively are due to expire tomorrow but Inter are optimistic that the loans will be extended until the end of the season.

Sanchez’s loan being extended is far more complex than Moses’ due to Manchester United not wanting to give a Europa League adversary a helping hand.

The report from the Turin based news outlet goes on to add that Inter have only paid €5 million of his annual €15 million salary and will need to pay around about €2.5 million to cover his wages until the end of the season.

Whilst on loan at Inter, Sanchez has made 19 appearances, in which he has scored one goal and tallied four assists. Moses has meanwhile made 11 appearances, tallying two assists.

Real Madrid To Have Option To Match Any Offers Inter Receive For Achraf Hakimi In Future

Negotiations between Inter and Real Madrid over Achraf Hakimi are at a very advanced stage and it is seemingly only a matter of hours until everything will be ironed out according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The two clubs have come to an agreement over a €40 million plus €5 million in add-ons deal for the 21-year-old Moroccan national team full back.

Real Madrid do not have a buy back option as part of the deal but the report from the Rome based news outlet claims that they will be given the chance to match any future offers that Inter receive for Hakimi.

Hakimi has spent the past two seasons out on loan at Borussia Dortmund and his performances for the German club have led to him being considered as one of the best full back prospects out there at the moment.

This season he has made 45 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored nine goals and tallied 10 assists.

Juventus Want To Sign Andrea Pinamonti & Unlikely Inter Will Do Anything To Prevent It

Juventus and Mino Raiola are working on a deal to take Andrea Pinamonti to the Bianconeri club according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Pinamonti is currently on the books of Genoa, who have a gentleman’s agreement with Inter over the Italian youth national team forward.

A gentleman’s agreement was struck when Inter agreed to sell Pinamonti to Genoa this past Summer which allows Inter to re-sign Pinamonti for €20 million.

However, a year on from that agreement, Inter have other priorities and are not thinking about bringing Pinamonti back to the club and are therefore unlikely to do anything to stop their arch rivals from signing Pinamonti.

The report goes on to add that an agreement being found between Juventus and Genoa should not be too difficult due to their strong relationship which has been built due to recent transfers between the clubs.

Italian Media Report Claims Ivan Perisic Could Soon Leave Inter Outright

Ivan Perisic could soon bid farewell to Inter according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Croatian national team winger is currently out on loan at recently crowned Bundesliga champions and that loan is due to expire tomorrow.

As part of the loan there was an agreement in place between the clubs which would have allowed Bayern Munich to sign him outright for €20 million.

Although that option to buy has now expired, the report suggests that Bayern Munich could sign him outright at a slightly discounted price to the one above and by signing him Inter would make a capital gain.

Whilst out on loan at the Bavaria based club, the 31-year-old player has made 30 appearances across all competitions to date.

During his time on the park, which totals just over 1500 minutes, he has scored six goals and provided nine assists for his teammates.

Inter Trying To Extend Man Utd Owned Alexis Sanchez’s Loan Until End Of Next Season

Inter are trying to extend Alexis Sanchez’s loan with the club by another season according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Sanchez joined the Nerazzurri on a season long loan this past Summer from Manchester United and that loan deal is set to expire tomorrow.

The report explains that Manchester United are open to finding an agreement to extending the loan until the end of the season but are unwilling to extend it far enough to allow Sanchez to participate in the Europa League for Inter.

It goes on to add that Inter are to try and extend his loan until the end of next season and could even agree to an option to buy in order to convince Manchester United.

The 31-year-old Chilean national team player has made 19 appearances across all competitions to date. During his time on the park he has scored one goal and tallied four assists.

Hakimi Could Undergo Medical & Sign For Inter Tomorrow

Achraf Hakimi could sign a contract to join Inter as soon as tomorrow according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

Inter are due to meet with Real Madrid to iron out the final details of the €40 million plus €5 million in add-ons deal that they have agreed for the Moroccan national team full back, who has spent the past two years out on loan at Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund.

Should there be no hitches, Hakimi could be in Milan tomorrow to undergo his medical with the Nerazzurri and also put pen to paper on a five year contract with Inter, which will see him earn a sum of €5 million a year.

This season the 21-year-old defender has made 45 appearances across all competitions to date. In his time on the park, which totals just shy of 3600 minutes, he has scored nine goals and provided 10 assists for his teammates.

Argentina Coach Lionel Scaloni: “Very Happy With Inter’s Lautaro Martinez, A Reason Barcelona Want Him”

Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni discussed Inter striker Lautaro Martinez and a possible move to Barcelona in an interview with Argentine radio station Fenix 95.1 earlier today, as reported by Italian media outlet FcInterNews.

Scaloni detailed his thoughts about his national team call ups, discussing the 22-year-old Nerazzurri forward.

“The decision will be made according to the moment of each, certainly. Of course, we are very satisfied with Lautaro. He is very powerful, he works hard.

“He has grown enormously in Italy. If Barcelona wants him, there will be a reason. But Kun Aguero continues to score goals and break records and we’re very happy with him too.”

Barcelona are incredibly keen to sign Lautaro Martinez this summer, believing him to be the perfect replacement for the aging Luis Suarez. The Blaugrana cannot afford the 22-year-old’s €111 million release clause, which is valid in the first week of July, and have been attempting to find a new formula to tempt Inter.

Lautaro has made 35 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 2708 minutes. In that time, he has scored 17 goals and provided five assists. The player has struggled to impress since the restart of the season and will need to prove his strengths once again in the remaining games of the season.
