ROME – Inter’s Giovanissimi Regionali side fought valiantly in this morning’s Halima Haider Memorial final but eventually lost out to Roma in extra time.

Marco Mandelli’s boys found a late leveller in both halves – through Opoku and Sakho – having twice fallen behind, but the Giallorossi then struck two more goals in extra time to make sure the trophy remained in the capital.

The club would like to congratulate our Under-14s for their exceptional performances in what was a highly successful tournament.
