APPIANO GENTILE – The Nerazzurri met at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti this morning to put the finishing touches to their preparations for tomorrow’s lunchtime contest with Genoa.

Working together as a single group on the main pitch, the players were put through a series of technical and tactical drills before completing the morning’s exertions with a practice match.

Xherdan Shaqiri, who met with Roberto Mancini, the coaching staff and other club employees at the training ground before stepping out onto the pitch, completed the entire session with the squad.

The Swiss forward will wear the No. 91 shirt, chosen as it is the year he was born.
