In the morning, the Nerazzurri got their first taste of the complex’s new gym, which borders the training pitches. Set over two floors, the state-of-the-art facility takes up a total of 1000m2.

This afternoon, Roberto Mancini’s men concentrated on a series of technical and tactical exercises, with a particular focus on pressing and on attacking movement. To round the day off, the squad was divided into four six-a-side teams for a friendly tournament on reduced-size pitches.
