Neither Barcelona nor Arturo Vidal have received any offers contrary to other reports in the media according to a report from Spanish news outlet Mundo Deportivo.

There have been reports in the past few days and weeks that have suggested that Vidal has rejected offers from a number of Chinese Super League clubs and one report even suggested that Barcelona were in talks with Inter over a potential transfer.

Mundo Deportivo however claim that no offers have been made for the 32-year-old midfielder but refuse to rule out the possibility of Inter going in for him given they have done so in each of the past two transfer windows.

Vidal, who has a contract with the Blaugrana club until the end of next season, has made 31 appearances across all competitions to date this term. In just over 1400 minutes on the park, he has scored six goals and provided three assists.

Inter are interested in Ajax youngster Sontje Hansen alongside reigning Premier League champions Manchester City and a few other clubs according to a report from British news outlet The Guardian.

Hansen is the latest promising player to come along the production line of the Dutch powerhouses who have gifted the world of football with some great players including former Inter player Wesley Sneijder among many many others.

The 17-year-old, who plays for Ajax’s under 19 side, has been on Ajax’s books since 2013 and has made his first team debut this season.

The report goes on to add that Inter also face competition from arch rivals Juventus, AC Milan and RB Leipzig for the signature of Hansen who Ajax value at £6 million – approximately €6.9 million.

Hansen, who has a contract with the Amsterdam based club until the end of next season, has made a total of 24 appearances across all competitions to date this season, in which he has scored seven goals and provided six assists.

Inter defender Danilo D’Ambrosio has taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to share a video of himself and Inter teammate Roberto Gagliardini keeping fit during lockdown.

D’Ambrosio has posted a video close to two minutes long which shows both players running back and forward in what looks to be a basement or garage.

D’Ambrosio has one goal in 18 appearances across all competitions to date this term whilst Gagliardini has two goals and as many assists in 16 appearances.

D’Ambrosio posted: “Jog? These two days must be disposed of”

Inter have taken to social media platform Nicola Berti to wish former midfielder Nicola Berti a happy birthday as he celebrates his 53rd birthday.

Berti, who represented the Italian national team on 39 separate occasions, spent a decade on Inter’s books between the years 1988 and 1998.

He made a total of 312 appearances across all competitions for the club in which he scored a total of 41 goals and provided seven assists for his teammates.

The club posted the following message to him: “Happy birthday to Nicola Berti! A true Interista.”

Inter striker Lautaro Martinez has taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to share an image of him chilling out with his dog as lockdown continues in Italy due to the global Coronavirus pandemic.

The highly rated 22-year-old striker has shared an image of himself and his pug on the rooftop of his home in which he is holding a cup of South American beverage mate.

This season the Argentine national team player has made a total of 31 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored 16 goals and provided four assists.

This season has saw record numbers sign up to be members of an Inter Club, Inter have confirmed via social media platform Twitter.

No less than 140,157 signed up to be part of one of the 937 Inter club’s worldwide with a total of 75 different countries represented.

The club have also revealed that compared to the 2016/17 season there has been an increase of no less than 70% of Inter Club members from outside of Italy.

The club posted: “Inter Club, a record-breaking season! So far apart but so close together, now more than ever.”

Inter are interested in signing young Argentine talent Agustin Urzi according to the player himself who has revealed talks have already taken place.

“Boca, Racing, Inter, River, Roma, Benfica, Atlético Madrid and I cannot remember who else have all made enquiries,” he remarked during an interview with Argentine broadcaster TNT Sports which was broadcast on their official Instagram profile.

“Perhaps Fiorentina is also one of them, most of the interest in me has come from Italy. They all spoke with my agent and the club.”

He then went on to share his dream of following in the footsteps of idol Sergio Aguero and playing in the Premier League.

“It is a league which I would like to play in. With my dad I watch Manchester City play a lot. I would like to play with Aguero.”

Urzi is currently on the books of Superliga Argentina side Banfield and has a contract with them through to the end of the 2022/23 season.

Primarily a left winger, Urzi is also capable of playing on the right wing too and he would not count against Inter’s non-EU player quota if he were to be signed due to holding dual Argentine and Italian citizenship.

This season the Argentina under 23 national team player has made 19 appearances across all competitions. In just shy of 1500 minutes on the park, he has provided a single assist for his teammates.

The Italian football federation (FIGC) and clubs are planning for a new look football when the Coronavirus crisis has passed according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.

Football at all levels has been on hold in Italy for around a month now due to the crisis and meetings are due to take place to try and come up with solutions.

Before the season will be able to resume, if at all possible, there will have to be absolute guarantees regarding the health and safety for everyone, not just the players who will be playing in the matches.

Certain rules will have to be put in place and a new schedule will also need to be drawn up. The schedule will also need to be flexible given all the current uncertainty.

Transfer market dates, contracts, submission of budgets and television deals will all also need to be looked at too the report from the Rome based newspaper explains.

Former Inter goalkeeper Sebastien Frey has admitted he has been impressed by reported Inter transfer target Udinese’s Juan Musso this season.

Musso has been heavily linked with a move to Inter ahead of the upcoming Summer transfer window as Inter look to acquire a goalkeeper who can initially serve as Samir Handanovic’s back-up and then takeover from him.

“I was particularly impressed by how quickly he adapted to Italian football. He is really good with his feet and would be very important for any team,” Frey explained in an interview with Italian radio station Radio Musica Television during their ‘Taca la Marca’ show.

The Frenchman then went on to sing the praises of Handanovic and reckons he still has a lot to give Inter in the coming years despite the fact he is close to turning 36-years-old.

“At the moment Inter have an excellent goalkeeper in Handanovic and he will be there for the next two or three years. So, at the moment the Nerazzurri have no goalkeeping problem but it is right for them to be looking around.”

Frey, who spent three years with Inter, then concluded the interview by discussing the criticism that Daniele Padelli faced for his performances when he had to stand in for Handanovic when he sustained a hairline fracture to the small finger in his left hand.

“Daniele Padelli is an extraordinary boy and a great professional. He is a goalkeeper who has done well in many teams, but being in a great team like that of Inter has turned out to be complicated for him. When a goalkeeper makes a mistake, he is always criticised, but they were really harsh on him.”
