MILAN – Andrea Ranocchia was on the losing side as Italy were beaten 1-0 by Portugal in an international friendly played in Geneva this evening. Eder netted the only goal seven minutes into the second half.

The Nerazzurri skipper played the whole match at the heart of the Azzurri defence.
