RISCONE DI BRUNICO – A large crowd greeted Roberto Mancini’s Inter squad this morning as they trained ahead of this afternoon’s friendly match against Carpi.

After splitting into two groups, the players got warmed up before focusing on set pieces. As well as practicing corners and free-kicks from both flanks, there was also an in-depth section on positioning in midfield.

Looking on from the sidelines alongside the hordes of fans was Ms Bedy Moratti, the honorary president of the Inter Clubs.
