APPIANO GENTILE – It was an afternoon of tough work for Roberto Mancini’s men at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti, as preparations continued for tomorrow evening’s Trofeo TIM 2015 at the Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia.

The first part of the session featured core exercises and an aerobic warm up. Then the team split up into three groups that switched between exercises on fitness, technique and tactics. 

It was all capped off with some work on technique.

Both the Chief Sport Officer Piero Ausilio and vice president Javier Zanetti came down to watch the session.
