Nerazzurri results in youth tournaments
MILAN – Benoit Cauet’s Under 17 Lega Pro outfit will contest the final of the fifth edition of the Torneo Angelo Seveso tomorrow.

Inter will have to overcome the Rappresentativa CRL Allievi – a regional XI picked from Lombardy – to lift the trophy. Kick-off has been set for 15:30 CET at the Centro Sportivo A. Seveso – Calciolandia on Via Giacomo Leopardi in Vimodrone, Milan.

Meanwhile, Marco Mandelli’s Giovanissimi Regionali have bowed out as runners-up in the group stages of the second edition of the international Memorial Halima Haider tournament in Rome.

An opening-game 0-0 draw with Empoli, followed by a handsome 6-1 victory over Capua and then a narrow loss to Lazio 2-1 in the final game were not enough to gain the Nerazzurri youngsters qualification for the knockout stages.
