#TBT: That Ronaldo goal, 18 years ago
MILAN – It’s #ThrowbackThursday time once again. This week we’re honouring one of the best players ever to grace a football field: Luiz Nazario De Lima, better known as Ronaldo.

O Fenômeno got his name on the scoresheet as Inter and Fiorentina – the Nerazzurri’s next opponents – did battle exactly 18 years ago today, on 11 February 1998. Coincidentally, Ronaldo’s opening goal was cancelled out by another striker who is remembered fondly in these parts: Gabriel Batistuta.
