Joy for Miranda after first Inter goal
MILAN – Joao Miranda revealed his joy after opening his Nerazzurri account with the second goal in a crucial win over Sampdoria.

“I’m delighted to score my first goal and it was an important win too. It’s an honour for me to pull on this shirt,” the Brazilian began.

“We got a really good week’s training under our belts, doing lots of work on defensive aspects.

“We have to keep it up now because we have another huge game coming up next Sunday – the sort everyone wants to play in. We all know Juventus are a great team but we’ll go there looking to beat them. We have to remain focused on the task right to the end.”
