Melo: “This win is for all of us”
MILAN – Felipe Melo dedicated today’s victory to the team after Inter defeated Sampdoria 3-1 at the Meazza.

“This was the first step we need to take – a win at home,” the midfielder began. “I thank God because we got the three points we deserved.

“The win is for all of us – the whole team. We all suffer when we’re not winning.

“It wasn’t easy to beat Sampdoria today because they have some great players like Quagliarella. It’s a shame we conceded that goal late on but the main thing was getting the win.

“Now we have to carry on like this, working with the fans.”
