Throwback Thursday: Eto’o’s overhead kick
MILAN – In this week’s Throwback Thursday we rewind to the year of our Treble triumph and a 3-0 win over Livorno on 24 March 2010.

The Nerazzurri line-up for that Week 30 fixture was Julio Cesar; Maicon, Cordoba, Materazzi, Chivu; Zanetti, Cambiasso, Motta; Quaresma, Eto’o, Pandev.

The goal we’re remembering today was the opener that night and it came from the boot of Samuel Eto’o. With his back to goal, the Cameroonian took to the air and met Goran Pandev’s 36th-minute cross with a brilliant overhead kick.

Five minutes later Eto’o made it 2-0 before Douglas Maicon completed the scoring on the hour mark.
