Inter To Offer Fiorentina €30M + 2 Players Out Of Nainggolan, Dalbert, Gagliardini & Pinamonti For Juventus Target Federico Chiesa

Inter are prepared to offer Fiorentina multiple players as well as a significant cash sum for Italian forward Federico Chiesa, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the Florence based club are willing to sell Chiesa in the summer if it means that they can keep ahold of talismanic midfielder Gaetano Castrovilli. The Nerazzurri, alongside Juventus, are incredibly keen to sign the 22-year-old Italian forward, who is contracted to the Viola until 2022.

Inter have an idea of a possible deal, the report continues. The Milanese club would be prepared to offer Fiorentina €20-30 million in cash, as well as a few players out of Dalbert, Radja Nainggolan, Roberto Gagliardini and Andrea Pinamonti.

Chiesa has made 26 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 2117 minutes. In that time, he has scored seven goals and provided five assists.

Inter Pull Out Of Race To Sign Olivier Giroud After Chelsea Extend His Contract & Focus On Napoli’s Dries Mertens

Inter have decided to stop following French striker Olivier Giroud after he signed a one-season contract extension with Chelsea, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The report details how the 33-year-old French forward was incredibly close to a move to Milan in the January transfer window, but the deal collapsed after the Milanese club began to focus their attention on signing Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen. Whilst it seemed like Giroud would be joining Inter in the summer on a free transfer, he is now set to stay in London with the Blues.

With Inter giving up on Giroud, all focus is now on Napoli forward Dries Mertens, the report continues. The Nerazzurri would like to bring the 32-year-old Belgian to Milan on a free transfer after his contract expires with the Partenopei in the summer, although if he signs a new contract with Napoli then the interest could fade.

PSG To Pay Inter Additional €10M If They Sell €70M Rated Mauro Icardi To Juventus

French side Paris Saint Germain would have to pay Inter an extra €10 million should they sell Argentine striker Mauro Icardi to Juventus in the summer, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Corriere della Sera.

The report details how Inter CEO Beppe Marotta inserted a clause in Inter owned forward Mauro Icardi’s loan deal. The deal, which allows PSG to purchase the 27-year-old Argentine striker for €70 million, has a clause in it that means that should the French club purchase the player and decide to sell him to an Italian club, they would have to pay Inter another €10 million.

Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici has been in constant contact with Icardi’s wife and agent Wanda Nara, the report continues, as the Bianconeri are incredibly keen to bring the player to Turin. Should PSG decide to purchase Icardi to sell him on to Juventus, the Nerazzurri would look to reinvest that €80 million back into the squad.

Facundo Colidio: “Inter Believe In Me & This Gives Me An Extra Boost To Continue To Work Harder & Harder”

In an interview with Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it, Inter youngster Facundo Colidio has spoken on a range of topics and firstly spoke on his loan spell with Belgian Pro League club Sint-Truiden.

“The first six months were not very positive but since January, everything has changed and I feel much better here now,” he began the interview.

“Why did I choose Sint-Truiden over Newcastle United? It was because Inter and Newcastle United failed to reach an agreement.”

“I came to Sint-Truiden with a great desire to do well but ended up in an unexpected situation but as I said, everything has totally changed since January.”

Colidio then went on to reminisce about his arrival at Inter from Boca Juniors back in the Summer transfer window in 2017.

“I felt enormous joy when I joined Inter. It was a big step for my career to be joining such a big club. The first person I spoke with was sporting director Piero Ausilio.”

He then spoke on how he has found life in Italy and some of the players he has gotten close to during his time with the club.

“I cannot think of anything negative to say about my experience so far in Italy. I am very happy with what I have experienced, I have learned a lot and I am happy about it.

“I bonded well with first team players Mauro Icardi, Lautaro Martinez, Antonio Candreva and Matias Vecino.

“I got on well with all of my youth team teammates. I got on particularly well with Eddie Salcedo and Ryan Nolan because they speak Spanish but I really had a good relationship with all my teammates.”

Next he spoke on if he feels pressured by the price tag which Inter paid for him.

“I am proud that Inter bought me and did so for the amount which they did. It means that they believe in me a lot and this gives me an extra boost to continue working harder and harder.”

He then spoke on how his compatriot Inter vice president Javier Zanetti helped him out and who he prefers between strikers Icardi and Lautaro.

“Javier helped me out especially when it came to adapting. He is a really wonderful person. Who is better between Icardi and Lautaro? They are two totally different players with great qualities and they are showing them.”

He was then asked when he thinks he may get a shot in the Inter first team and the Argentine national team.

“I do not know when I will get to play for the first team but I am working hard to be able to do so. Playing for the national team is another dream of mine. I have to work a lot.”

In conclusion he spoke on Inter’s Romelu Lukaku and shared his desire to play alongside him.

“Romelu is a top footballer and I obviously would like to work with him. I, like any player, would like to play with the best.”

Inter Striker Sebastiano Esposito: “It’s A Beautiful Feeling To Play At The San Siro, Milito Was A Phenomenon”

In an Instagram Live chat with Italian rapper Shiva, Inter teen sensation Sebastiano Esposito has spoken on a range of topics, starting with his humble beginnings in life.

“When I was little I lived a simple life and I appreciate the difficulties I had before and that I may face more in the future,” he began.

“If you always believe in your goals, once you reach them you can set another one. Even if you come from a normal family like mine you still want to become better and better. It doesn’t matter where you come from but where you want to go.”

He was then asked what he would have done if he had not been a footballer.

“Everyone has their own destiny, so I don’t imagine a life without football because how would I do? If the next day everything would end, I would like to stay in the world of football.

“If I really had to choose something away from football, I would certainly do a humble job and make many sacrifices for my family. Everyone has their own passions and loves, but also their own abilities and talents.”

Next the 17-year-old spoke on what it is like to be able to play for Inter at San Siro.

“It is a beautiful feeling to play at San Siro. It was an even more beautiful feeling when I started against Genoa. When you hear your name screamed at the start it is also a beautiful feeling.”

In conclusion Esposito, who is widely regarded as one of the best prospects to have come through at Inter, spoke briefly on legendary Inter striker Diego Milito.

“He was a phenomenon.”

This season Esposito has made 11 appearances across all competitions to date at first team level, during which he has scored a single goal.

Esposito is under contract with Inter until the end of the 2021/22 season on a youth contract but various reports in the media as of late have stated that Inter are ready to offer him a five year professional contract upon him turning 18-years-old at the beginning of July.

Inter Legend Altobelli: “I’d Only Let Lautaro Martinez Go To Barcelona In Exchange For Lionel Messi”

Legendary Inter striker Alessandro Altobelli has revealed the conditions which he would allow Lautaro Martinez to leave the club if he were Inter.

The 22-year-old Argentine national team striker has been heavily linked with a move to Spanish powerhouses Barcelona for a number of months now and reports have also linked him with the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester City and Chelsea.

“Lautaro is a boy who has shown all his qualities and can still improve yet. Inter should try to keep him at all costs, even if it does not seem the easiest thing to do as a club could pay his release clause and go above Inter,” Altobelli explained in an interview with Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.it.

“I would say that it mostly depends on the player himself. I have always read that he feels good in Milan and that Inter is a great team who have made him grow and become a world class striker. I hope he does not change his mind and he will stay at Inter because he still has time to go to another club later on.”

Altobelli, who spent 11 years on Inter’s books between 1977 and 1988, then spoke on Barcelona’s interest in the former Racing Club player.

“It seems logical to me that Inter will not accept any players from Barcelona. If they really want Lautaro they should pay his release clause. If I were to swap Lautaro for a Barcelona player though, I would only do so if it were for Lionel Messi.”

Altobelli proceeded to discuss the current situation of former Inter captain Mauro Icardi, who is currently out on loan at reigning French champions Paris Saint Germain.

“It is a somewhat complicated situation. He is a great striker and he has shown it at Inter and now at PSG. He is a born goalscorer. If I were PSG I would certainly sign him permanently.

“If he were to return to Inter and Juventus were to come in for him, I would ask the Bianconeri for a player of the same quality in exchange, certainly not Bernardeschi, who is only a reserve for them. For Icardi I would only take Dybala from Juventus.”

In conclusion Altobelli spoke on former Italian national team manager Antonio Conte’s first year in charge of Inter and the progress that the Nerazzurri have made and what is required to compete at the top.

“In his first year in charge of Inter, the club has change a lot and there have been several important moves made. Up until the match against Juventus, they were still close to the top of the table and I would say that it has been a positive season for Inter so far.

“In order for Inter to shorten the gap with Juventus, Inter need to make some signings and I believe that in the future Conte can build a team capable of fighting on equal terms with Juventus.”
