Fiorentina President Commisso Only Wants Cash For Inter & Juventus Target Federico Chiesa

Fiorentina president Rocco Commisso only wants cash for talismanic forward and Inter target Federico Chiesa, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper il Giornale.

The report details how the Italian American billionaire wants €70 million for the 22-year-old Italian forward, who is contracted to the Florence based club until 2022. Chiesa is wanted by both the Nerazzurri and rivals Juventus, with both clubs hoping to sign the Italian talent this summer.

Inter have offered to include Dalbert and potentially Radja Nainggolan in the deal for Chiesa, the report continues, whereas the Bianconeri have offered Cristian Romero, Rolando Mandragora, Luca Pellegrini and Daniele Rugani, but none of the players from either club have impressed Commisso. The Nerazzurri will continue to talk to Fiorentina to try and find a deal.

Chiesa has made 26 appearances across all competitions so far this season for the Viola, for a total of 2117 minutes. In that time, he has scored seven goals and provided five assists.

Italian Media Reports Sandro Tonali Convinced By Suning’s & Conte’s Inter Project

A report from Italian news outlet ANSA has confirmed rumours that Brescia starlet Sandro Tonali appreciates Inter’s interest and has chosen the club due to the future project.

The report details how the 20-year-old Italian midfielder, who is contracted to Brescia until 2022, was convinced by coach Antonio Conte and the Suning group’s project at the Milanese club. The player would join the small core of young Italian players in the squad, like Nicolo Barella, Stefano Sensi and Alessandro Bastoni.

Inter now need to reach an agreement with Brescia and their president Massimo Cellino, the report highlights. The Lombard club want at least €50 million for the 20-year-old Italian, but they would be willing to accept the Nerazzurri’s offer of an expensive loan deal with a buy obligation attached with a figure equal to the player’s value.

Tonali has scored one goal and provided five assists in 24 appearances this season across all competitions.

Bayern Munich Director Kahn On Inter Owned Perisic: “Might Not Sign Anyone This Summer”

Bayern Munich director Oliver Kahn discussed the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, its effect on the transfer market and the future of Inter owned forward Ivan Perisic in an interview with German broadcaster Sky Sports Deutschland.

“We need to rethink the current model based on the cost of personnel for clubs. I am referring to players’ salaries above all, a very difficult subject to deal with in professional football. Considering the current situation, with revenues set to fall, it will be complicated to maintain certain contracts as they are or even extend them to the same figures. We will have to think carefully about this, at Bayern we are convinced that it is in everyone’s interest.”

Kahn then discussed whether the Bundesliga giants may avoid making any summer signings due to the effects of the Coronavirus.

“It could be an option, at the moment we are considering all possibilities, as other European clubs are doing. I don’t know what you think, but it doesn’t seem to me that there are many clubs willing to invest a lot of money.”

Inter sent the 31-year-old Perisic to Bayern Munich on loan last summer, as coach Antonio Conte didn’t want to include the 2018 World Cup finalist in his future project. The former Borussia Dortmund forward has made 26 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1314 minutes. In that time, he has scored five goals and provided eight assists.

Inter and Bayern agreed to include a buy option on Perisic’s loan deal, worth around €20 million. Considering the current situation, the German side have no interest in paying that figure and so a discount is needed if the player is to leave Inter permanently.

Bixente Lizarazu Advises Inter Linked Tolisso To Leave Bayern Munich “If He’s Unhappy”

Former Bayern Munich left back Bixente Lizarazu suggested that Inter linked Corentin Tolisso should leave the German club if he wants in an interview with German newspaper Abendzeitung as reported by FcInterNews earlier today.

“If he thinks he doesn’t stand a chance and doesn’t feel good, it might be better to try something new. Sometimes it happens in a career. But I hope that Tolisso can withstand the strong competition in midfield. You must be a great fighter in a club like Bayern. Tolisso is a great player.”

The 25-year-old Tolisso, who is contracted to Bayern Munich until 2022, has been linked with a move to Inter for some time now, as the Nerazzurri are looking to strengthen their squad as much as possible in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Tolisso has made 24 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1359 minutes. In that time, he has scored three goals and provided five assists, struggling to earn consistent playing time in the league due to various injuries and being benched regularly.

The 25-year-old Frenchman also struggled last season in Germany with the Bavarian club, making only four appearances across all competitions, for a total of 81 minutes. Tolisso suffered a cruciate ligament rupture, which ruled him out for the rest of the season.

Italian Media Report Inter Hatch Plan To Make San Siro Look Less Empty For TV Viewers

Inter have a plan to make the San Siro seem less empty when the season restarts, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

The report details how Serie A will be restarted later this month, but all the remaining games of the season will be played behind closed doors, the same as what is currently happening in Germany with the Bundesliga. Clubs in Italy have been planning different ways to make supporters feel as comfortable as possible, each having different ideas.

-Inter already have a plan, the report continues. The Nerazzurri will project graphics in the stands with LEDs, with virtual images then being incorporated by the various broadcasters.

The ongoing Coronavirus pandemic has forced leagues across Europe to be totally stopped, with some even deciding to fully close out the season like the French Ligue 1. Serie A, like the other major leagues in Europe, is set to restart this month.

Italian Report Highlights Suning’s Success At Inter On 4th Anniversary Of Purchasing Club

Today marks the fourth anniversary of the Suning group’s takeover of Inter, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the Chinese company paid €128 million for 68.55% of the club’s shares on the 6th June 2016. In that time the Zhang family has invested about €700 million into the Nerazzurri, creating even more ambitious projects for the future, from a new stadium to important and valuable sponsors. Despite that, there have been no trophy wins in the last four years.

The Suning group have done a good job of turning the club around since their takeover, the report continues, visible with their continued presence in the Champions League now thanks to Luciano Spalletti’s work.

These results were needed for the club to invest in stars like Romelu Lukaku and Antonio Conte, which in turned have helped to attract more exciting players to the club like Christian Eriksen.

Inter are incredibly close to closing the deal for Brescia starlet Sandro Tonali, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Milano based newspaper il Giornale.

In that time, he has scored one goal and provided five assists, being one of the few stars in the Brescia squad this season, despite it being his debut season in Serie A.
