Stoke City have joined the race for Bayern Munich midfielder Xherdan Shaqiri, amid reported interest from the likes of Liverpool and Inter Milan.
Shaqiri, 23, appears likely to leave the Bundesliga champions during the January transfer window, having become frustrated with his lack of playing time with only three league starts in the first half of the season
The Switzerland international considered his future last summer, but claimed Bayern turned down a 20 million-euro offer from Liverpool.
