Wolfsburg sporting executive Klaus Allofs has said Inter Milan "can't afford" winger Ivan Perisic.
Perisic, 26, has been linked with a summer transfer to Serie A side Inter, with the player's agent saying he is "very interested" in a switch.
Inter are looking for a replacement for Xherdan Shaqiri ahead of his transfer to Premier League team Stoke City.
