ESPN FC's Gabriele Marcotti doubts that Inter Milan will be able to secure the funds necessary to do anything other than loan Erik Lamela from Tottenham Hotspur, which may not be enough to satisfy the English side. Tottenham Hotspur winger Erik Lamela is in talks with Serie A side Inter Milan, according to the player's father and agent.
Lamela, 23, has struggled to make an impression at  White Hart Lane since his £30 million move to the club from Roma in 2013.
The Argentina international has scored two Premier League goals for Spurs in 45 appearances for the club.
