Samir Handanovic is set to sign a new contract until 2019 with Inter Milan after turning down the chance to leave the club this summer, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Slovenia goalkeeper Handanovic was widely expected to leave the Nerazzurri during the summer transfer window, but ultimately opted to stay put.
However, it is reported that the 31-year-old is now set to put pen to paper on a new contract by the end of the month.
