Miranda will be unavailable for Inter this weekend after injuring his knee on Tuesday.
Inter centre-back Miranda will miss Sunday's Milan derby after picking up an injury while on international duty, his club confirmed on Thursday.
Miranda injured his knee in Brazil's 4-1 win over the United States on Tuesday and had to be removed after 20 minutes.
And Inter confirmed that his strained right MCL will prevent him from facing AC Milan this weekend.
