Inter Milan’s Mauro Icardi faces a month out with ligament damage

Mauro Icardi has suffered a ligament strain.
Inter Milan could be without top scorer Mauro Icardi for up to a month after it was confirmed that he had strained his lateral collateral ligament.
Icardi, who has scored 12 goals in Serie A, limped out of the weekend's 2-1 win over Bologna after getting his leg trapped under his body as he lunged for a cross.
It was initially feared that he could have torn ligaments, but a scan on Monday revealed the strain.
