Ivan Perisic could leave Inter Milan in the summer if he is not convinced they can challenge for the Serie A crown next season, his agent has said.
Perisic has been in one of his best spells of form for the club in recent weeks.
The 27-year-old Croatia international has scored three goals in his last three games, but may opt to look elsewhere if he feels a title challenge is not realistic.
