The main reason for this is that the interest of the above mentioned clubs is colder than a couple of weeks ago, but also the player himself seems reluctant to a transfer and wants to finish his contract with the club. Due to his age, no contract extension will be discussed and Palacio is most likely to go to another Serie A club during the summer.
