Former Argentinian playmaker Juan Roman Riquelme was interviewed by Canal 13 where he explained that Real Madrid’s Sergio Ramos would never score so many goals on set pieces if Walter Samuel was still playing.
“In South America we mark in a different way, we would never allow someone to score as many goals as Ramos does. So, if he was marked by for example Walter Samuel he wouldn’t even score a single goal.”
