Another disappointing performance for Inter today, an Inter that after the draw in Turin seems to have totally slipped. Here is the analysis of coach Stefano Pioli after the bitter defeat against Fiorentina.

Do you think the team betrayed you today? “The players didn’t betray me. I say that we are not doing well this time, we can’t play like we did during the second half.”

Numbers and performance at hand, it seems like the team has deteriorated after the draw in Turin. A result that in fact excluded you from the UCL. How do you explain this collapse? “In a way this is true, we payed a lot on a mental level when we got only one point from Turin. This is a serious mistake. We never hid the fact that it was a difficult task getting to the UCL, an objective always hard to achieve. But we had to do our best in order to finish with the maximum points we could.
