Stefan De Vrij has described himself on Twitter as ‘very happy’ to join Inter and says he ‘cannot wait to start a new chapter’ in his career.

The Dutch defender has signed for the Nerazzurri on a free transfer, after his contract at Lazio expired in June, and was officially presented to the media in a press conference at Appiano Gentile on Wednesday.

Following the conclusion of the press conference, De Vrij tweeted a goodbye message to his former supporters and then posted the following message to his new ones.
