Parma director Alessandro Lucarelli has confirmed that the Ducali are awaiting on a response from Yann Karamoh before going ahead with a move for the winger.
Speaking to CalcioMercato.it outside the Melia hotel in Milan where talks with Inter have been taking place, club legend Lucarelli, who retired at the end of last season having guided Parma back to Serie A, said, “We are waiting for a response from the player to enable us to get everything done by the end of the transfer window. We are neither optimists nor pessimists: we are waiting.”
Earlier today reports doing the rounds suggested that the loan move was off after Karamoh decided he did not fancy a move to the Stadio Ennio Tardini but the 20-year-old quickly changed his mind which meant the move was back on the cards. With just a few hours left in the mercato, the clubs face a race against time to get it done.
