Inter winger Yann Karamoh seems to be edging closer to a deadline day exit from Inter having just left Inter’s Appiano Gentile training base, Premium Sport journalist Marco Barzaghi reports.

“Karamoh has just left Appiano Gentile…au revoir,” Barzaghi posted to his official Twitter feed.

Karamoh looks set to return to his native France on a season long dry loan as per other reports with St Etienne the favourites to land him despite interest from Bordeaux also.
