The Brazilian also revealed offers arrived over the summer and spoke on his future.

“With regard to the proposals over the summer, I told Cuca that I did not want to leave. I needed to be here, for him and for the fans. The decision to stay was more for my teammates and the club than myself. Inter? I have not said that I want to go back, but I should do it because of the contract. I am very happy with my form at Santos and for now I am thinking only about this team. I still have 17 games to play and I have time to decide if I will go back to Inter or if I will stay longer. I have to make the most of the opportunities I have here.”
