Lautaro Martinez has been sent back to Milan from international duty with Argentina in the United States having been evaluated by the Albiceleste’s medical staff.
The Inter youngster arrived at the national team’s training camp carrying an injury and while it was initially thought that he would perhaps feature in one of the two friendlies, he will play no part whatsoever, the Argentine national team have confirmed.
“Lautaro Martinez was subjected to studies on his left calf and it was decided that he will not participate in the next two friendly matches,” a tweet read on their official profile.
