Inter’s Ivan Perisic Breaks Croatia’s Portuguese Curse

During last night’s friendly match against Portugal, Inter’s Croatian international winger Ivan Perisic scored the first goal of the night in a match that ended 1-1 after Pepe scored the equalizer for the home side.

Perisic goal was important for Croatia as it was the first time in five matches that the Croatians were able to score a goal against the reigning European Champions. Perisic was brought off in the 63rd minute and was replaced by Davor Cop.
