Inter vice-president Javier Zanetti has paid tribute to Italian footballing legend Francesco Totti as the former Roma player celebrates his 42nd birthday today.

“To face him so many times in so many important matches and fight against him for prestigious honours has been an honour for me,” Zanetti, who played for Inter for 19 years, told Sport Mediaset.
