The President of Ligue 1 side Stephane Martin was interviewed by RMC Sports on a wide variety of subjects among them Yann Karamoh who joined the club on loan in the dying minutes of the transfer window this past summer.
Martin was asked about the club’s dealing on the transfer window this summer and how he thinks the new signings have acclimatized at the club stating that: “With the exception of Thomas Basic who has not found a lot of space, the others are finding a lot of playing time, especially Sergi Palencia who is playing almost every single match.”
The Bordeaux supremo continued: “We are satisfied, we made a good choice in Samuel Kalu and Andreas Cornelius who we have seen in the past few games how they are giving a big contribution even though they are yet to score. Jimmy Briand is of great value especially in handling the dressing room.”
In conclusion Martin stated: “There is also Yann Karamoh who has still not played a lot but in only 162 minutes he has already scored two goals.”
