In the eyes of Milan based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic was Inter’s best performer in last night’s 2-0 defeat in the Champions League to Barcelona.

The Slovenian shot stopper has been handed a 7.5 rating for some of the saves he made despite conceding two goals at Camp Nou.

The joint second best rated players are Marcelo Brozovic, Matteo Politano and Keita Balde, all of whom were given a rating of 6.

Mauro Icardi, Matias Vecino and Ivan Perisic were all meanwhile handed 5.5 ratings. Danilo D’Ambrosio, Miranda, Kwadwo Asamoah, Borja Valero, Lautaro Martinez and Antonio Candreva were all rated 5 while central defender Milan Skriniar was given a 4.5 following a very very rare off night from him.
