Jindong Zhang, the president of Suning and owner of Inter, has released a long interview with CCTV.com in which he also talked about the future of investments in China and what will happen in the coming months thanks to the reforms promised by the Chinese government and the recent policies for financing, tax reduction, support for innovation and the development of the private economy.
“With the deepening of the reform and the opening of the government, the opportunities for new markets will continue to grow,” this is the most relevant point of the interview concerning the development of Suning. These are reforms that, financially, could also be decisive for Inter.
In the interview, it is emphasised that Zhang Senior was one of the supporters of the entry of internet technology into retail systems within the country. “The application of internet technology, but also the support of the state for the private economy, have given all private entrepreneurs an important boost,” said Suning’s number one.
