Inter manager Luciano Spalletti could be set to make a series of changes to the starting line-up for Saturday match against Genoa in view of Tuesday night’s Champions League match with Barcelona according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport.
Danilo D’Ambrosio, Stefan de Vrij and Dalbert could all come in to the defensive back line to allow the regular starters some much needed rest ahead of the tricky test against the Blaugrana at San Siro.
Roberto Gagliardini could also come in to the line-up while Joao Mario could also keep his starting place given his good showing against Lazio.
Moreover, Lautaro Martinez could lead the line for Inter at the expense of top scorer Mauro Icardi. Keita Balde meanwhile could replace Ivan Perisic for the match against the Grifone too.
The report also states that despite showing good signs in training this week, the match is likely to come too soon for Radja Nainggolan, whose condition will be evaluated again prior to the Barcelona match to see if he can return then.
