Andrea Pinamonti spoke to the Gazzetta dello Sport after his first two Serie A goals against SPAL and Fiorentina.
“I keep thinking about it and it still does not seem real to me. The goal against SPAL was exciting because it was my first in Serie A and the one against Fiorentina was important because it was worth a point.
“I feel that I have improved in some ways. I have never suffered in this job because the only way to work is by keeping your head down and doing what you need to do.”
The Italian youngster then spoke on Frosinone’s recent form and the upcoming game with parent club Inter at San Siro.
“It means that Frosinone can stay in Serie A. We will have to fight until the last day to save ourselves, but we know that we are a strong group.
“It is the stadium where I made my debut. I still get chills about it.”
Pinamonti then spoke on how hard it was for him to wave goodbye to Inter even if only on a temporary basis.
“Yes, it was very hard but I wanted to play and the level of Inter’s squad is just very high. The goal is to come back and play with continuity.”
He concluded the interview by speaking on his relationship with Inter president Steven Zhang.
“We exchange messages to compliment each other: I complimented him for his election and he complimented me for my goals.”
