Inter Defender Dalbert Almost Fully Recovered While Tomorrow Will Be Decisive For Vecino

Dalbert has taken strides towards being back involved with the rest of the group ahead of Inter’s match with Chievo Verona this weekend according to a report from Sky Sport.

The Brazilian full back is nearing full recovery from the leg injury that has kept him out for the past few weeks since around mid-November. This morning at training, the 25-year-old joined the rest of his Nerazzurri teammates while they ran and he could well come in to replace Kwadwo Asamoah at the weekend who is suspended having earned five yellow cards.

In terms of recovery, the same cannot be said for Matias Vecino, at least at this stage. As per the Italian broadcaster, tomorrow will be the decisive day to decide whether the Uruguayan could feature or not at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi on Saturday evening. The 27-year-old midfielder, like Dalbert, has been out of action for the past couple of weeks.
