Chievo Manager Di Carlo To Make System Change To Face Inter

Corriere dello Sport have hypothesised how Chievo Verona manager Domenico Di Carlo could deploy his side as they play host to Inter on Saturday evening at the Stadio Marc’Antonio Bentegodi with kick-off scheduled for 18:00 CET.

Di Carlo, who has been in charge for little over a month, will first and foremost make a system change from a 3-4-1-2 to a 4-3-1-2. Mattia Bani, Luca Roesettini and Federico Barba will retain their places in the backline and Fabio Depaoli will join them.

The currently win-less Gialloblu will be forced to do without midfielder Ivan Radovanovic who is serving a suspension and Nicola Rigoni will replace him. Joel Obi will also come in to the midfield.

Emmanuele Giaccherini will meanwhile continue to play in behind veteran striking duo Sergio pellissier and Riccardio Meggiorini.

Chievo Verona predicted starting line-up (4-3-1-2): Stefano Sorrentino; Fabio Depaoli, Mattia Bani, Luca Rossettini, Federico Barba; Perparim Hetemaj, Nicola Rigoni, Joel Obi; Emmanuele Giaccherini; Sergio Pellissier, Riccardo Meggiorini.
