After the first team had their Christmas dinner two nights ago, it was the turn of the Inter youth teams to have their own celebration last night.

As with the first team’s dinner, there were several speakers, some of whom spoke at both, including new chief executive officer Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta.

“It is an honour for me to be here today. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you all on the results you have achieved, and not only in recent years. What you are experiencing is vital because it is providing you with life lessons and it goes beyond your potential future careers as footballers. In life, you have to carry on going forward, whether you are happy or whether you are experiencing difficulties. The hope is that you can experience great moments through having fun. I wish you the very best of luck for the future.”
