More Contract Talks Scheduled Between Inter & Milan Skriniar’s Representatives

Inter are to sit down with Milan Skriniar and representatives at the end of the transfer window to discuss a new deal for the Slovak defender, this according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

Talks between the parties over a new and improved contract have been ongoing for months but it is understood that there has been a difference between supply and demand. In the upcoming meeting(s), the involved parties are hopeful of closing the distance.

The report from the Rome based newspaper has also taken a look at a possible exit from the club for the 23-year-old. He recently slammed media reports linking him with a move away from the Nerazzurri on social media but the report suggests that Inter would only be interested in selling him if an offer of between €70-80 million arrives for him.

Skriniar has been a mainstay in the Inter team this season under Luciano Spalletti and has played in all barring two of Inter’s 25 competitive games thus far this season.
