Wanda Icardi, the wife/agent of Inter captain Mauro Icardi, has spoken on the level of commission she receives from contract renewals amidst ongoing negotiations with Inter with regards to a new deal for him.

“What is my cut of the numbers that I agree with the club? The same as any other representative. I do not profit by charging my husband because what is Mauro’s is mine [laughs]. I do not even want to talk about my commission,” she said in an interview with Argentine magazine Caras.

Talks over a new deal for the 25-year-old have been going on for quite some time between Inter and Wanda for the 25-year-old, who is currently under contract with the club through to the end of the 2020/21 season.

Recent reports in the media have suggested that talks have progressed and it would seem as if the parties are coming closer to striking an agreement to prolong the Argentine’s stay with the club at least until 2023.
